Didn't you hate that? I swear, video games back in the day are so different than they are today. I mean, for one the lot of them were way harder than games today. There are many advancements of todays games than when I was a little guy playing them 24/7... one of the major problems was the endings. The toughness made you want to beat it, so you were attached. Amped and pissed and all sorts of emotions but you couldn't let that controller go. And when you'd finally beat it, you'd get an ending that would consist of maybe a 20 second animation and the words, congratulations, you did it!, thank you for playing, etc. etc., and some shitty text to wrap the whole story up. I tell ya, kids got it so much better. Check out these shitty endings:
