Asher Roth & Mos Def Live Acapella
The new kat Asher Roth did his thing next to Mos Def indeed. I don't think he got outshined at all, he held his own. I started hearing things about Asher about a month ago, and now I'm finally giving him a listen. I like it, he's repping the burbs and he's repping it well. Didn't you hate that? I swear, video games back in the day are so different than they are today. I mean, for one the lot of them were way harder than games today. There are many advancements of todays games than when I was a little guy playing them 24/7... one of the major problems was the endings. The toughness made you want to beat it, so you were attached. Amped and pissed and all sorts of emotions but you couldn't let that controller go. And when you'd finally beat it, you'd get an ending that would consist of maybe a 20 second animation and the words, congratulations, you did it!, thank you for playing, etc. etc., and some shitty text to wrap the whole story up. I actually do have some projects comin out. I'm currently on an album with my boy named Vocab. We have a group called "Impakt" and we're planning to call the title of the album "MOMENT OF IMPAKT".It's gonna be produced entirely by my boys Red.October and KuoteOble... they made sum INCREDIBLE beats for this project!! I can't wait for everybody to hear it! I don't want to give a set release date because we're still in the process of recording at the moment. This is gonna be a deep album, and it's also gonna have sum cuts for the ladies, a lil party joint or 2 and of course it's gon have dem lyrical joints in it too.After that, I want to drop some mixtapes to prep the release to the follow up album to "STAND WIT ME"...That's gonna be another project produced completely by Kemo, and will feature some new L1 artists.
