Looks like 2009 is going to be the almighty year in hip-hop. With all sorts of classics and almost-classics brewing, '09 is going to be something to remember. Outkast is going to drop, not 1, not 2, but three albums collectively with Big Boi's solo dropping, Andre Three Stacks solo dropping, and here's the kicker, a new OUTKAST ALBUM to drop '09, the title speaks for itself, OUTKAST TO KILL 2009!
