There's a new documentary set to come out pretty soon about how art + skate coincide and mesh with one another. It tells the story of how sick graphics on boards was never heard of until a certain someone (wes humpston) came out and started creating graphics for boards in the 70's. From there, it goes on through decades to land us in the current state of skateboard graphics and how huge it's gotten since skateboarding first came about. Interesting stuff.
