Satellites Go Up On Behalf of Google

The GeoEye-1 has gone up already which is a super high quality satellite that basically sees all in super HD. Get ready for the GPC technology to get even more advanced in the next coming years and the googlemaps capability to enhance further. They are shooting the GeoEye-2 in about 2-3 years, but check out what the GeoEye-1 is capable of:

The Cuil Side of Google

A few ex-Engineers of the mega internet company, Google, have decided to part ways and begin their own search engine that they believe will "crush Google". Cuil is the name (pronounced: COOL) and they're said to search a way larger amount of web sites quicker, faster, and easier. Their search engine may crush Google in those aspects, but to crush the entire Google dynasty is going to be a challenge for the gods. Take a look at the site yourself, it is pretty cool... but I'm sticking with Google for now.
